Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All products sold on StrongPlate are digital downloads (PDF files). Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided.

Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  1. You have been informed about and agree to the immediate delivery of the digital product
  2. You expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning immediately upon purchase
  3. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced
  4. You confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete

Exceptions

We will issue a refund only in the following circumstances:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You were charged more than once for the same product
  • The product was significantly different from its description
